The software company Lyngsoe Systems has been acquired by the Swedish private equity fund Accent Equity. With the agreement, Lyngsoe Systems is ready to continue the growth journey that the company set out on in 2014, and to take advantage of its unique domain knowledge and experience within logistics to automate and create transparency in the supply chains of the future – thus expanding the company´s market position even further.
Private equity fund CataCap sells GSV Materieludlejning, which is currently the Danish market leader in the equipment rental industry. During CataCap’s ownership revenue has more than tripled from DKK 270 million to DKK 1 billion, and
DAFA Group is a world leader in the production of foam and rubber materials, and provides sealing and protection solutions for the construction and wind industries, among others. CataCap will become the majority shareholder and will work together with the company’s current management to strengthen DAFA Group’s market position, accelerate international growth, and further strengthen the company’s ESG transformation.
CataCap invests in a global market leader within machining of large-scale components for the wind energy industry
CataCap invests in the Danish company Nordmark which specializes in high precision machining solutions of large-scale components up to 120 tons for the wind energy industry, primarily off-shore. CataCap will become majority shareholder in the company. Together with the company’s current management, who will continue as significant minority shareholders, CataCap will consolidate Nordmarks’s strong market position and further accelerate growth abroad.
