Mathias joined the CataCap team in 2025. When he is not assisting portfolio companies or helping source and execute investments, he enjoys travelling, sailing, and spending time with friends and family.
As an Investment Manager, he splits his time between sourcing new investments, executing transactions, and driving strategic projects for portfolio companies.
Prior to joining CataCap, Mathias worked at The Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) team, advising clients on commercial due diligences across the Technology, Healthcare, and Industrial Goods sectors. Before his time at BCG, Mathias spent four years at CataCap as an Analyst.
Mathias holds an MSc in Finance & Accounting and a BSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
