Enwerdi

Enwerdi is a Northern European circular economy platform specializing in the recycling, upgrading, and distribution of fatty industrial waste streams and organic by-products, supporting the renewable energy, industrial chemicals, and feed additive industries.

The Group operates through three complementary business areas:

  • NLM – focused on recycling and upgrading fatty industrial by-products and waste streams into high-energy biomass and circular feedstocks primarily used in biogas, biodiesel, and bio-heating applications.
  • Lipitec – develops and produces productivity-enhancing feed additives for cattle and pigs, supporting animal health, milk production, and improved methane emission intensity in agriculture.
  • OHplus & HighChem – combines glycerine refining, chemical processing, and distribution capabilities. The businesses refine biodiesel residuals into purified glycerine, fatty acids, and methanol while providing downstream sales and distribution of glycerine and related chemical products across Europe.

Enwerdi’s end-markets are supported by strong long-term sustainability trends, including the transition away from fossil fuels, increasing demand for circular resource utilization, tighter environmental regulation, and growing focus on sustainable agriculture and industrial decarbonization.
