Lasse joined the CataCap team in 2016. When he’s not sourcing and executing investments, he likes to go hunting with friends, brush up his golf skills, or enjoy a meal with his wife and sons.
Inspired by the people-side of private equity, Lasse combines a passion for strategy and business development with a sharp technical mind. At CataCap, he’s responsible for identifying and executing new investments, and working with portfolio companies to achieve their growth ambitions.
During his time as Business Development Manager at the Danish industrial company Nilfisk, he oversaw M&A and business development projects, and while at Bain & Company, he advised global companies and PE firms on strategy, commercial due diligence and organisation.
He holds a MSc in Engineering Management and a B.Sc. i Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
