AerFin is global aviation aftermarket company focusing on high-quality, mature aircraft, engines, and parts across a diversified and sizeable base of attractive core product lines.
AerFin’s business model comprises of 3 steps:
- 1) Origination: Acquire aftermarket assets at competitive prices (whole aircraft, engines, airframes, components)
- 2) Preparation: Prepare the assets for sale by returning them to serviceable condition through 3rd party or own MRO-lite and
- 3) Exit: Optimise asset value through combination and sequence of value levers and exit routes (e.g. whole-asset sales, green time leasing, exchanges, outright sales, AOG support) to customers such airlines, OEMs and MROs
As of January 2025, AerFin is headquartered out of a new state-of-the-art 116,000 sq. feet facility in Newport, Wales (UK) and additionally have offices in Gatwick (UK), Dublin, Singapore, and Miami (US).
