The business model is based on three key activities:

Acquire aviation aftermarket assets (whole aircraft, engines and aircraft components) from airlines, lessors, OEMs and MROs.

Prepare assets for sale (disassembly, inspection, repair management, restoration of technical records and tear-down of aircraft (if strategy is to part out)).

Exit assets through various channels maximising their value (whole-asset sales, leasing, components sale, exchange programs, pool programs, aircraft-on-ground support).
