Mette Selina joined CataCap in 2023. When she is not supporting the partners to perform at their optimum, working closely with portfolio executives and board members or utilising her project management skills, you’ll probably find her at the gym or enjoying Copenhagen’s culinary scene, soaking up a dose of art and culture or buried nose deep in popular science, most likely something health-related.

Prior to joining CataCap, Mette Selina worked as Executive Assistant to the C-suite in REKOM Group and has previously worked as Proposal- & Project Manager at Bird & Bird in the international Public Procurement group and as Bid Consultant at Deloitte in the Pursuit team. Mette Selina also has experience working in M&A, Banking & Finance and Corporate Law and was a member of the Business Development Committee at Eversheds LLP.

Mette Selina has achieved a certification in Bid- & Proposal Management with The Association of Proposal Management Professionals, the internationally recognised authority, proving knowledge and execution of best practices for proposal and bid management alongside only a handful of other Danish professionals.
