Jens worked for Procter & Gamble across Western Europe for ten years, before joining the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2001. At BCG, he was global topic leader for Marketing, and later Managing Director of BCG Copenhagen. In 2011, he left BCG to work independently as an investor and non-executive board member with focus on strategy, growth and digital transformation.
Jens is currently non-executive Chair of Group Online, LanguageWire and Abacus Medicine Group, Vice Chair of NIRAS-gruppen and NED of IIH Nordic. Jens teaches non-executive programmes at Scandinavian Executive Institute (in collaboration with INSEAD) and the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
