Jens started his career with Procter & Gamble in Sweden, Germany and Switzerland, before joining the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG, he was global topic leader for Marketing, and later Managing Director of the BCG office in Copenhagen. In 2011, he left BCG to work independently as an investor, industrial advisor and non-executive board member with focus on strategy, growth and digital transformation.
Jens is currently non-executive Chair of Abacus Medicine Group, LanguageWire, Fritz Hansen, Pascal Audio and Ridango AB and non-executive board member of Dear Future (formerly IIH Nordic).
Jens teaches non-executive programmes at Scandinavian Executive Institute in collaboration with INSEAD, and at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
