Isac primarily works with compliance activities, legal aspects of portfolio companies, commercial contracts and preparation of company law documents in relation to capital increases, incorporations etc.
Isac joined CataCap as a Legal Analyst in February 2026. Previously, he worked as a Student Assistant as an AML/KYC specialist in wealth management/private Banking at Nordea. Before this he worked as a Legal Student at LB Forsikring.
Besides working at CataCap, he studies a master’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law at Copenhagen Business School.
Isac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School.
