Henriette joined CataCap in 2025. When she’s not working with colleagues and portfolio companies to strengthen sustainability and create long-term value, she enjoys traveling, running, reading, listening to podcasts, and sharing good food with friends and family.
As ESG Manager, she helps integrate ESG into new investments and supports portfolio companies in turning ambitions into action, while also leading CataCap’s reporting and keeping us aligned with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
Prior to joining CataCap, Henriette worked as ESG Manager at Position Green and as an ESG Consultant at EY.
Henriette holds an MSc and a BSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
