Camilla Pedersen
Legal Analyst
Camilla primarily works with compliance activities, legal aspects of portfolio companies, commercial contracts and preparation of company law documents in relation to capital increases, incorporations etc.
Camilla has worked as an analyst at CataCap since December 2022. Previously, she worked as a legal assistant at the law firm Kirk Larsen & Ascanius.
Besides working at CataCap, Camilla studies a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Copenhagen.
Camilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Copenhagen.
